Observation: Dishwasher is broken- operator called the repair.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the dishwasher in the meantime ensure to follow 4 steps of manual dishwashing.

-Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-All coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
-All freezers maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius.
-Hot holding for soups not on a time of visit.
- All coolers equipped with thermometers.
- No sign of pest activity at the time of inspection
-General sanitation is good at time of visit.
