Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer solution was not made available. Only concentrated bleach was found.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure bleach solution is made by diluting 1/2 tsp of bleach in 1L of water. Store it in a spray bottle or sanitizer bucket. It must be available at all times to properly disinfect surfaces.

Comments

-Milk fridge: -1.2C.
-Walk-in glass door cooler only stores non-potentially hazardous drinks.
-All freezers were adequate. Foods were frozen solid inside the freezer.
-Thermometers were available for all coolers & freezers.
-Cream and milk dispensers were stored in the milk fridge.
-Handwash station was adequately supplied with hot & cold running water, liquid handsoap and single-use paper towels.
-Washroom was clean and handsink was adequate.
-General sanitation is good.
-No pests were observed during inspection.
-Food storage was adequate: all items off the floor.
-All foods are prepackaged.
Note - Ensure cabinets are maintained in good condition. Seal hole in cabinet below the coffee/tea station.
