Observation: Two handwash sinks are deficient: bar handsink has plumbing issues and is not working at all, handsink near dishwasher has no paper towels properly dispensed (the paper towel roll is the wrong size for the dispenser)

NOTE: this is a REPEAT infraction from the last May 26, 2022 Routine inspection -Correction Order issued
Correction: Repair the handwash sink at the bar.

Observation: Handwash sink at the bar is STILL not repaired. Operator has provided a number of long winded excuses regarding the repair to do with parking stalls effecting the repair in the basement, landlord appointments.
