Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Chlorine bleach concentration for food contact surfaces was greater than 200ppm. Operator added water to dilute solution to reach 200ppm.
2) Operator stated that they are not sanitizing dishware during dishwashing
Corrective Action(s): Operator given chlorine test strips to ensure proper mixture of chlorine bleach for sanitizing in both the spray bottles for food contact surfaces as well as sanitizing step during dishwashing. Operator instructed to follow proper sanitizing step during dishwashing

Routine Inspection:

- Hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towel available
- Reach-in freezer was -18C or lower; ice cream freezer was -18C or lower
- Reach-in cooler was 4C or lower; cooler in front of house area was 4C or less
- Temperature logs maintained
- Food storage practices were adequate; all food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
