Operator added water to dilute solution to reach 200ppm. 2) Operator stated that they are not sanitizing dishware during dishwashing Corrective Action(s): Operator given chlorine test strips to ensure proper mixture of chlorine bleach for sanitizing in both the spray bottles for food contact surfaces as well as sanitizing step during dishwashing.
