Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Single use disposable gloves found over meat cutting gloves, used, and in visibly dirty condition left on the counter.
Corrective Action(s): As soon as you've finished with a pair of gloves, throw them in the garbage immediately.

Observation: 1) Bleach sanitizer at meat station was found as full strength bleach
2) All dry goods product scoops found within the bulk product
Corrective Action(s): 1) Dumped and made properly (100-200ppm) at time of inspection.
Ensure all of your staff know to mix just 5ml of bleach for 1 litre of water.
2) All scoop handles must be kept away from contaminating the bulk food products. You must install hooks or holders to keep the scoops out of the goods. Deadline 3 weeks.

**Note meat debris (found frozen at time of inspection) from band saw is removed every 4 hours and given away as "dog food". Remember you are liable for product leaving your store. Bacterial growth on this product can be minimized by refrigerating or freezing as you go, instead of collecting at long time intervals
Meat slicer in use at time of inspection - store is open 11-7, so machine must be fully washed, rinsed, and sanitized 2x daily at a minimum.
General sanitation of facility good.
Some repackaging may be occurring in back area - ensure you wash, rinse, and sanitize your food contact surfaces. This would include any knives/ cutting boards used to cut apart large squash.
