Observation: 1) Oil and grease/debris buildup in corner of flooring in deep frying area. Oil grease buildup throughout this area (from the vents to the equipment)
2) Leaking water underneath the 3 compartment sink has turned into grime and is becoming moldy.
3) Spills/debris observed in main prep areas behind/in between equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all above mentioned areas thoroughly. Deep clean is needed.

Observation: 1) 3 compartment sink is leaking, as shown by manager on site during inspection. This is causing water to pool underneath
2) Handwash sink (2 compartment) faucet handle has become detached and is very loose/difficult to handle and turn on and off.
Corrective Action(s): Repair leak and handwash station handle.
