Observation: The following areas appeared uncleaned:
-shelving units at the front and back
-floors behind the grill/oven unit
-pillars for the front counter
-under exhuast canopy- last service date indicated Oct. 2017
-the side of the grill had a lot of grease and dust build-up
-oven above the grill
-floor behing the cooler at the front.
-the cooler and freezer gaskets and doors at the back.

Corrective Action(s): Deep clean and sanitize the areas noted above.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in bottles were >>200ppm. Operator prepared new sanitizers at time of inspection and tested at 100ppm.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sink at the back did not have paper towels. Paper towels was provided at time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Only one employee was working and he was taking money transactions at the front and working in the kitchen without washing hands in between. Employee did not have Foodsafe training.
Corrective Action(s): Employee must have valid foodsafe level 1 certification when operator not present.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the following areas:
-floor next to cooler at the front
-bottom shelving units in multiple places:
-centre island in kitchen, units near the back door, unit next to plastic wrap
-behind the ketchup dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): -Remove the rodent droppings and clean and sanitize the areas noted above.
-Provide units that are 6" above the floor.
-Employ a pest control contractor for service as soon as possible.
