Routine inspection conducted. Temperatures: Preparation cooler was maintaining 3C Drinks/Milk cooler had an ambient temperature of 4C Walk in cooler was maintaining 1C Walk in freezer was maintaining -24C Pearls held at room temperature are time stamped. Thermometers are available. Sanitation: Hand washing sinks are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels. 3-compartment sink is equipped with plugs. 100 ppm chlorine residual sanitizer is available in labelled buckets. Ice machine and ice sink are in good sanitary condition. Scoops are stored in a sanitary manner outside the chambers. Staff has valid Food Safe level 1 training. No pest activity noted at the time of inspection.
