Routine inspection. General sanitation is good excepted as noted above (code 304). Temperature of refrigeration/freezer storage units are being recorded, as with the cooking steps. Dishwasher sanitization temperature is satisfactory. Quats is detected in the sanitizer. Test strips are available. Probe thermometers are accurate and are stored in a container of sanitizer. The handwashing station is satisfactory. Satellite kitchens are not inspected due to cases of COVID in the facility.
