-Inspection in response to ownership change.
-Premises will be preparing pies to be sold frozen (ready to bake), refrigerated (ready to eat) and serving slices of pie. Hand pies being stored cold & heated for service.
-No significant changes to equipment/layout.
-High temperature dishwasher has been installed in addition to 3 compartment sink.
-Hot & cold running water present
-Liquid soap & paper towel present at handwashing stations.
-All coolers were <=4 deg. C
-Walk-in freezer and display freezers were functioning
-Quats sanitizer present. Dispenser to be installed at 3 compartment sink
-Additional shelving to be added in coolers and freezer
**Coving to be completed in front service area
**Some areas of floor are showing minor damage (peeling tile). Flooring must be durable, continuous, smooth & washable to facilitate cleaning. These areas will need to be addressed to prevent build up of food debris/dirt etc.
**Discussed addition of food preparation sink with Operator. Submit plans prior to making any changes.
-Completed application form, permit fee ($50.00 via cheque) for Dec - March, FSP & SP submitted.
-Certificate of Incorporation to be submitted via email.
-Premises has health approval to operate.
