Second follow up to the garbage complaint. Wind blown litter noted at the back of the building plus rubbish, no foo.d debris. Remove garbage and monitor the condition of the grounds more frequently, i.e., daily. Lids of garbage containers were down and the enclosure was well maintained. Discussed with Dioscora
