-Hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel - All coolers and freezers temp are satisfactory - Time stamp in place for the pizza on display hot holding unit (temperature at 46degree C), food pass the time stamp will be discarded - QUATs sanitizer from the dispenser measured >200ppm - 3 compartment sink available for dishwashing - Food is stored 6 inches off the floor - General sanitation is good, - Temperature log maintained - Staff on-site has valid Foodsafe - Health permit posted *** Noted some rodent dropping on shelving not near foods- ensure to continue cleaning/sanitizing putting more sticky traps/snap traps if condition is not improved increase frequency of pest control. Keep the pest control report on site ( not available at time of visit)
