Observation: More rodent droppings were observed in the following areas:
> Under the 3 compartment sink, around the leg that is under the far right compartment.
> In the cardboard box that is storing extra sink plugs and drain gaurds.
> Around the front side of the chest freezer next to the stand up cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings, sanitize the areas with a strong bleach solution.

Storage of dry goods in this area is quite cluttered. This can make it difficult to clean to monitor for rodent droppings.
> A follow-up inspection will take place in another week for droppings clean-up and organization of the storage shelves againt the wall.

Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-D2VUKU:

> Required cleaning under the deep fryers and prep cooler has been completed.
> Still some cleaning to be done under the far left deep fryer (food debris underneath) and cooler handles. Mainly the 3 door prep cooler and the stand up cooler by the back door.
> Soap dispenser and paper towels are now readily available at the handwash station.

Provided a copy of Fraser Health's Food Service Establishment Application Package for operator to review in regards to ownership change for another facility.
