Follow-up inspection completed in reference to report JKWK-BWDR6S. Inspection completed to verify status of the fume hood cleaning and deep cleaning of the facility. - Fume hood not yet been deep cleaned, scheduled for earlier this week but cancelled due to weather. Operator has new appointment scheduled for Dec 29/30, 2020 - documentation to be provided for confirmation. - Deep cleaning of general facility; no leaking observed by garbage can, and areas by deep fryer/grill/stoves observed to be satisfactory - minimal build-up/food debris. - Granular material on floor not observed during inspection. Pending outstanding infractions to be followed-up on in January 2021. - Documentation for new menu items and permit fees, Note: Operator stated payment has been made. - Kitchen repairs to damaged floor, equipment, pizza oven replacement, and upgrades to be followed up on based on timeline in previous report. Note: Infractions carried over from previous inspection report. Reviewed with Operator and to be sent via email.
