Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer prepared available at the start of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Staff prepared 100ppm bleach sanitizer solutions for the main prep area, sweets making area, and front of house during the inspection. Reminder that food contact surface sanitizer must be available during operations.

**Mix 5ml bleach to 1L water and ensure buckets/spray bottles are labelled to identify contents**

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (1) Containers and lids for food products (eg. naan dough, fried food) observed cracked.
(2) Observed staff placing naan container that was on the floor directly onto the dough rolling table.
Corrective Action(s): (1) Foods transferred out and cracked containers/lids discarded during the inpsection to prevent physical contamination of foods.
(2) Staff instructed to clean and sanitize dough rolling table during the inspection.
