-Hadnwash staiton adequately stocked -All refrigeration units <4C, freezers <-18C -Hihg temperature dishwasher >75C-after 2 run -Quats sanitizer bucket tested at >200ppm of quats -All food items stored 6" off the ground, labelled and in container -Dipper well is functioning -Ice scoop stored properly Address all noted issues and send a report to the area inspector via email.
