General sanitation of premises was satisfactory. Premises appears well maintained. Hot and cold running water available Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel Coolers were 4C and colder. Thermometers present for monitoring. Chest freezer was -14C Bleach present for sanitizing food contact surfaces and dishes. Wiping cloths stored in bleach sanitizer solution (100ppm) No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Base of operation/commissary for Jubilee Take Out Truck (Decal 2874) and Coast to Coast Catering Trucks (Decal 2080 and 2877). Food is prepared in this premises, packaged and transferred to cold holding or hot holding in the catering trucks.
