Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There wasn't enough sanitizer in the sanitizer buckets. The timer was off.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that timers are being used to determine sanitizer refresh times and that staff are actually following through.

Observation: There's no date on the water filter as to when it was last changed. As per previous inspection report, the filters were changed in January of this year. As per your policy, they need to be changed every 4 months. They're overdue.
Corrective Action(s): Change the water filters and make sure the date is written/posted on the filter.

-All coolers are below 4 degC
-Freezers are below -18 degC
-Dishwasher rinse temperature is at 78 degC at plate level
-Temperature log's being maintained
-Filters were last changed in January of this year. Filter change date is posted on the filter unit.
-Hand wash sinks are fully equipped
-Public washrooms are fully equipped
-200ppm Quats is being used to sanitizer surfaces
-New manager has FS level 1 equivalent training (NFSTP certificate issued on 2.6.2017)
