Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot holding was > 60 C. The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. No evidence of pests, pest control report reviewed during the inspection. Temperature and dishwasher records up to date. Reviewed cooking and cooling practices with the general manager. General sanitation was satisfactory.
