Items Corrected. -facility has had major cleaning - all grease & debris has been removed -Sanitizer solution made >= 200 ppm chlorine -frozen items in cooler -food all covered in coolers. -Butcher block has been removed. The following items require completion: (1) FoodSafe training for owners (2) FoodSafety Plan (3) Sanitation Plan (4) shelving unit to be discarded and/or replaced. (5) flooring under grill & dishwasher needs to be repaired. flooring needs to be repaired such that pooling water/grease does not occur and easily cleanable) Note: flooring & shelving unit to be repaired at later ate - have completed by next inspection (6 months) (6)Cooler unit is recommended in wok area - facility can not store potentially hazardous food on counters for indefinite period of time. HEALTH APPROVAL GRANTED → Health Permit is conditional on previously mentioned 6 items corrected. Failure to complete 6 items will reset in result in revoking Permit.
