Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Steamed buns were at 50C.
Corrective Action(s): Hot potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at or above 60C to prevent the growth of pathogens and or the formation of toxins. Steam cabinet temperature was increased at the time of inspection and buns were greater than 60C.

Comments

-Prep cooler was at 4C.
-Upright refrigerator units were at 1C and 4C.
-Front display cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was dispensing at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pail was labelled and tested at 200ppm. Sanitizer changed every 2 hours.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Frozen meat was thawing under cold running water.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training (Foodwise) valid until September 27, 2023.
