The following items have been changed since last follow-up inspection:
-->2 chest freezers (one from kitchen, the other from storage room) have been relocated to the back corner of the dining room. This corner was formerly filled with plants. The operator has put a divider between dining room and freezers.
-->A stainless steel table has been installed in kitchen by walk-in cooler
-->Back hallway by back door, and two storage rooms have been re-arranged. Food products are stored in a more organized manner. All foods stored above ground.
-->Operator has started to monitor and record temperatures
