Corrective Action(s): Clean as directed Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Both glass cooler compressor cooling fins observed with heavy dust build up. Corrective Action(s): This was noted in my inspection report on November 16, 2021. Fins need to be cleaned more regularily ie monthly as dust build up with impact the ability of the refrigerator to properly cool. Violation Score: 3

Monitoring logs being maintained Dishwasher at 75c (At plate level). Soap dispensed into wash cycle. Quat sanitizer in spray bottles labelled. Quat tested at 200ppm. All cold holding equipment cold holding at <4c Freezer unit cold holding at <-18c Liquid soap and paper towels at both hand sinks .
