REPEAT VIOLATION: Various bbq meat products probed at 53C - 56C inside the hot cabinet.
Corrective Action(s):
- The bbq products were delivered from a supplier at 10:30am as per staff. 3 whole bbq chicken and 2 chunks of pork rib were discarded at the time of inspection.
