Comments

Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm in spray bottles. Walk-in cooler was below 4 deg C. Walk-in freezer was below -18 deg C. High temp dishwasher reached 75 deg C at plate surface. Temperature log was available and up to date. Food items in the walk-in cooler were covered. Dry storage area was clean and organized. Ice machine was in sanitary condition and regularly maintained. Overall sanitation was in satisfactory condition. Premises well maintained. Items to address: 1. Sweeping and mopping to be done in the walk-in freezer (some debris and stains on the floor). 2. Repair broken and worn out strips on the drawers in the servers' area. 3. Provide liners inside the drawers.
