Facility is planning for a gradual re-opening. Restoration company (Primo) assisted with facility post flooding. Walls & flooring re-done, equipment re-paired/repurchased. General sanitation and maintenance is good. Wine tasting area; High temperature dishwasher at 72.8C at plate surface. Bleach solution used for surfaces. Coffee area coolers at 4C or below and freezer at -18C or below. No ice cream service from coffee area. Sanitary facilities not fully set-up with dispensers and liquid soap readily available. Hand washing sinks (including sanitary facilities) - ensure all hand washing sinks are equipped with hot/cold running water, paper towel (on a dispenser) and liquid hand soap.
