Staff unsure how to change container. Correction: Ensure hand sinks are always equipped with soap and paper towels at all times. Change the soap container and have the dispensers working by Oct 20/23 Code 401 noted on Follow-Up inspection # ACLK-CWSQ42 of Oct-20-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Soap dispensers still not working even with new soap. Likely a battery issue staff will get new ones today Correction: Ensure soap is available for hand washing at all times
