Observation:
- No hot water available at the handsink inside staff washroom.
Corrective Action(s):
- Hot water flow is inadequate/ very weak and the water gets never warm even after multiple attempts of activating the water flow sensor. Repair/replace the unit so that hot water is readily available at the handwash station.

Observation:
- Spilled liquids observed inside mini cooler.
- Batter dust and grease build up observed on the ventilation hood & on ceiling vents.
- Batter dust observed behind and next to the deep fryers.
- 5 garbage bags on the floor at the back - staff stated that the strata garbage bin is full and there was no place to keep them until the garbage bin is emptied.
- Debris observed on floors.
- Debris observed inside the domestic cooler at the back.
Corrective Action(s):
- Clean the areas noted above. Ensure all the areas are cleaned EVERY DAY before closing.
- Ensure garbage gets disposed and not just piled on the floor.

- All cooler at 4C or below.
- All freezers ranged from -11C to -15C.
- Bleach sanitizer available - measured at 100ppm
- Dishwashing to be done using 3 compartment manual dishwashing method. Bleach is available on site. Drain plugs are available.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
- Foodsafe certified staff on site.
