Licensing received a complaint on November 6, 2020, regarding staffing, physical requirements, and hygiene. The allegations included the following details: - unqualified and unscreened staff working alone at the daycare - no separte nap area for children, no area to get lunches ready - unclean and unsafe environment All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected from interviews and records and direct observation.
