-Follow-up inspection to August 9, 2017.
-Under counter cooler has been serviced and was at 4C. Refrigeration gas was added to the cooler unit. Ensure staff continue to monitor the cooler unit to ensure it can maintain 4C or less at all times.
-Dishwasher had been serviced by a plumber and is still leaking a minor amount of water. Dishwasher technician will come by within the day to repair the dishwashing unit.
*Temperature records are still being taken in degrees C and F. Ensure staff only use one unit. Night time staff temperature records show the same temperature for all cold holding units and hot holding units on numerous day. Staff are to properly check and record temperatures to ensure critical limits are being met.
