- Liquid soap and paper towels at handsinks.
-Temp of coolers (containing yeast ) <4 oC
* Mechanical bottle washer sanitizes customer bottles with "Sanidine", an iodine based sanitizer, it does drain the water after sanitizer and spray hot water into bottles - tested the solution 12.5 ppm iodine.
- All plastic jugs used to hold wine also sanitized with "Sanidine".
- Back area storage is well organized, and maintained in sanitary condition.
- No signs of any pests.
- General sanitation very good.
- No violations noted, no corrections required.
