Hand wash station provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measure 200 ppm. Walk-in cooler registered below 4 deg C. Prep line coolers registered at 2-3 deg C. Hot holding for soups was above 60 deg C. No signs of pests noted at time of inspection. Pest control monitoring in place General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection. Washrooms in sanitary condition.
