Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection, no chlorine was detected in the chlorine bleach sanitizer bucket.
Corrective Action(s): It was stated that chlorine bleach was added, however, cloths may have contributed to loss of chlorine bleach concentration over time. Sanitizer solution was re-made and was measured at 100 ppm chlorine. Monitor chlorine sanitizer concentration. Chlorine test strips are available on site.

Hand washing station is accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Other sinks supplied with hot and cold running water.
High temperature dishwashers measured 74 degrees C and 76 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (required: 71 degrees C or more).
Equipment and storage areas maintained in overall sanitary condition.
Ice machine in sanitary condition. Ice scoops stored safely.
No signs of pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Certificate valid to August 20, 2028.
