Observation: The following items are broken and using tape as a repair measure
1) Two door cupboard behind coffee preparation area is broken and unstable
2) Two door cupboard behind wrap station is broken and unstable
3) Paper towel dispensing unit in back food preparation area is broken and requires repair

Tape is not to be used in food preparation facilities as it can not be easily cleaned and sanitized and is not suitable form of repair.

Corrective Action(s): Repair the cupboards and paper towel dispensing units IMMEDIATELY.
These items are required for operation of facility and therefore must be repaired in a timely manner.
