-All three handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
-Operator was washing their hands before serving food.
-Walk-in cooler was at 1.9C (4C or less).
-Vegetable and meat dishes cooled & stored in the walk-in cooler were at or below 4C.
-Upright cooler was at 2.2C (4C or less).
-Sweets display cooler was at 3.4C (4C or less).
-Chest freezers were at or below -18C.
-Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
-A probe thermometer was available onsite.
-Low temperature dishwasher had a final rinse chlorine sanitizer residual of at least 50ppm at the plate.
-Chlorine test strip were available onsite.
-100ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the bucket with wiping cloths.
-No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
-Raw meat was stored on the lowest shelf of the walk-in cooler and ready-to-eat food on higher shelving units in the walk-in cooler.
-Prep. sink & 2-compartment sink were operational.
-Food Safety Plan and Sanitation plan was revised by the Operator at the time of inspection.
