Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No approved sanitizer spray bottles available on-site to sanitize the slurpee machine.
Corrective Action(s): Make a chlorine-based sanitizer solution in a spray bottle at 100-200ppm to ensure proper disinfection of slurpee machine. Ensure that chlorine-based sanitizer solution is prepared in a spray bottle and available at all times to clean and disinfect the slurpee machine.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sink behind the front-till had no paper towels in the paper towel dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Stock the paper towel dispenser with paper towels. Ensure that the handwashing sink is well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times to facilitate adequate hand hygiene.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 assessment conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and available. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing signs in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. High-touch surface areas are disinfected every hour. NOTE: Have a sheet documenting health checks of all employees before entering work. Erect sanitizer signs at the slurpee machine advising customers to sanitize their hands prior to use. Have sanitizer accessible at the slurpee machine. Document disinfection frequency for high-touch surface areas. Install directional arrows and designate separate doors for entry and exits. Ensure Health Canada approved disinfectant (e.g.: Lysol) is available for use on high-touch surface areas.

Bleach available on-site for disinfecting slurpee machine. The espresso machine is currently out of service.
2-compartment sink available for warewashing.
All cold-holding units met health requirements.
No signs of pests observed.
