- All handsinks are equipped with cold & hot running water, liquid soap & paper towel
- Cloths stored in a bucket with 100ppm chlorine
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available in labelled spray bottles
- High temp dishwasher measured >71C
- All freezers measured <-18C
- Dry storage is adequate (pest proof containers, sanitary manner, lifted 6 inches off of floor)
- Hot holding soup measured >60C
- Owner conducts temperature monitoring & recordkeeping diligently
- Staff have renewed their FOODSAFE level 1 training
- Pest control service received on a monthly basis
- No pest infestation noted at the time of inspection
- Discarded a wooden spoon that showed signs of wear & tear at the time of inspection
- Coolers in the store front (other than the noted ones above) are able to maintain 4C
