Observation: High temp mechanical dishwasher was run multiple times and took approx 1 hour to reach the required temperature. The maximum temperature recorded at dish surface during rinse cycle was 78C. Operator is advised to contact the technician and verify if there are any potential issues with the heater/booster.

Follow up conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CMSUXV).

Findings:
- Sanitizer pails were present in the kitchen and the concentration of bleach recorded at 100-200ppm. Good.
Please ensure that sanitizer solution is available in the kitchen during food preparation/cooking.
Label the bucket/bottle to prevent the risk of chemical contamination.
- Facility has cleaned up the rodent droppings from the back of the stand up cooler. Good.
Notify your Pest Control Company about the rodent activity.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher was not turned on. Staff turned it on during inspection and run it multiple times.

A follow up inspection will be conducted to check dishwasher.
