- Handwash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius except under counter cooler below the oven. Under counter cooler ambient air temperature at 8 degree Celsius. According to the temperature logs the cooler maintains temperature at or below 4 degree Celsius. Monitor and ensure cooler maintains temperature below 4 degree Celsius.
