Follow up inspection to initial inspection report #256066. - Handsink supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap + paper towel - 3 comp sink - 2 plugs available - 100ppm chlorine solution available in 3rd comp. - Prep cooler: 3 deg.C - Display cooler: 4 deg.C - Hot hold unit set up: not in use - Ice machine appears in sanitary condition - No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - General sanitation satisfactory - Sanitizer (labelled) spray bottles and bucket noted 100ppm chlorine with wiping cloth. Corrected actions New single piece of counter replaced previous pieced together front counter Raised flooring wood covered with vinyl flooring with gaps covered.
