Corrective Action(s): Prepare QUATs sanitizer spray bottles to measure at 200ppm. Ensure that the dispenser is run through and the solution is warm prior to refilling. Service the low-temperature dishwasher to measure between 50-200ppm.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUAT dispenser measured at 200ppm. Chlorine test strips available. 3-compartment sink available for food preparation. 2-compartment sink available for ware washing.
Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Sandwich sauce prep cooler measured at 4C.
No signs of pest. Monthly pest control contracted. Ensure pest control company notes observations.
Food observed at least 6 inches off the floor.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.

NOTE: Ensure that QUATs sanitizer bottles are refilled daily. Prior to refilling, let the QUATs dispenser run fully and press bottle fully prior to refilling.
