No food was stored inside. Wire rack shelving inside walk in cooler onserved with paint peeling/flaking and rusting Corrective Action(s): Repair unit. Wire rack shelving will need to be replaced Violation Score: 9 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)] Observation: Neither staff member on site at time of inspection has their food safe level 1.
