- Hand washing stations were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Bleach sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in labelled spray bottle. Sanitizer bucket also normally used for storing wiping cloths. - High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at dish surface during rinse cycle - good - Cooler measured at less than 4C. Chest freezer measured at -10C - Accurate thermometers available - Temperature records well maintained and up to date. Cleaning logs also well maintained and up to date - Foodsafe certified kitchen staff on-site. - Food storage practices are satisfactory - General sanitation is satisfactory. All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions. - No signs of pest activity noted.
