Back area:
Hand-sinks equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water, paper towels.
Walk-in freezers at -18C.
All coolers (3 walk in coolers in back area, one of which belongs to the deli, and display coolers in grocery store area) were at 4C or less.
2 comp sink available to wash utensils and produce
Crushed ice machine is for produce display only, not for consumption and it is satisfactory.
Sanitizer/Quat - available.

Store:
Various display freezers - satisfactory.
Food stored off the floor and organized.
Note: No sliced watermelons at the time of inspection.
Coolers - satisfactory (below or equal 4C)..
Note: Display Case with hummus, salsa, and salad dressings bit high. Ensure that the temperature of the cooler <=4C.
Note: Do not overstock the dairy/egg cooler - cold air flow is inconsistent; and top card-board boxes with eggs at ambient temperature.

Note: Pests Service - 2 times a month.
