Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no sanitizer in the spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, cutting boards must be washed with soap, rinsed and then sanitized with a sanitizer e.g. 200ppm bleach or 200ppm Quats. Refresh the sanitizer bottle every day.
