Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): temperature of walk-in cooler measured at 6C a thetime of temperature
Corrective Action(s): - Operator mentioned the temperature was higher because delivery just came in. The temperature was going down and measured at 5.5C. Monitor the temperature and ensure that it is measured at less than 4C at all times. Follow up inspection on 27 July

- Food storage satisfactory, protected from contamination
NOTE: A few flies were noted, have pest control in place.
