Routine Inspection Conducted

No food preparation observed during inspection. Kitchen is closed to students at this time (end of the school day)

Observations:
- 3-door stainless steel cooler at 3'C
- 2-door stainless steel freezer at -20'C
- Chest freezer at -19'C
- Display cooler at 3'C
- Sandwich cooler at 4'C
- Beverage cooler at 4'C
- No hot-holding observed on site during inspection
- Temperature logs are maintained - good!
- General sanitation is excellent during inspection
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 72'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUIX plus (QUATs-based) sanitizer available on site. No sanitizer prepared during inspection
- Equipment and single-use disposable containers stored in a sanitary manner
- Ice machine observed in sanitary condition
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- All food is stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
