Routine Inspection: Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius. Freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius. QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm. QUAT sanitizer at dispenser = 200 ppm. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. All products stored off the floor. Floors have some flour spillage from preparation today which the staff have not been able to clean up yet. Ensure to sweep the floors immediately.
