Corrective Action(s): Prepare chlorine sanitizer spray bottle to measure between 100-200ppm. Sanitizer spray must be replaced every week to ensure proper concentration to sanitize food contact surfaces. Violation Score: 5

Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Bleach available on-site. Stand-up coolers and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers measured at -18C or lower. Pre-packaged sandwiches/wraps all within best before dates. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. No signs of pests observed. All violation in previous report#258889 have been corrected. -Shelving unit in the back area have been sealed. NOTE: Ensure to educate all staff on proper manual warewashing using 3-compartment sink. Chlorine/bleach sanitizer spray must be changed weekly to ensure it is between 100-200ppm. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
