Corrective Action(s): Prepare chlorine sanitizer spray bottle to measure between 100-200ppm. Sanitizer spray must be replaced every week to ensure proper concentration to sanitize food contact surfaces.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Bleach available on-site.
Stand-up coolers and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Pre-packaged sandwiches/wraps all within best before dates.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

All violation in previous report#258889 have been corrected.
-Shelving unit in the back area have been sealed.

NOTE: Ensure to educate all staff on proper manual warewashing using 3-compartment sink. Chlorine/bleach sanitizer spray must be changed weekly to ensure it is between 100-200ppm.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
