Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Facility was approved to do manual dishwashing using 3 compartment sink. However, at the time of the inspection, operator could not locate the sink plug. Operator was advised to prepare 200ppm chlorine solution in the largest pot available on site and soak all cooking equipment/tools in the solution at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have a sink plug obtained. Follow a proper method of manual dishwashing as explained at this time. A poster to be provided during the follow-up inspection.

Observation: Accumulation of food debris and grease build-up observed from the following areas:
- Floors underneath/behind kitchen equipment, as well as garbage bin
- Inside stand up freezer
- Door and handle of small prep cooler
- Upper part of small prep cooler
- Underneath dishwashing sink
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all above areas are cleaned as agreed at the time of the inspection. [CORRECT BY: Thurs, Sep 29, 2022]

Observation: Front handwashing station was no longer in use. Hot water was purposely turned off.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the front handwashing station equipped with liquid pump soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Keep the sink free of obstruction.

Without this particular handwashing station in use, facility will not be allowed to do any type of food handling/prep at the front as explained at this time.

- Handwash station in kitchen adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle.
- Professional pest control company contracted for monthly visit. Reports checked.
